• Individual $110 per 50 Minute Session
• Couples/Family $125 per 50-minute session

Insurance

We accept in-network insurance benefits for BCBS, Cigna, United Behavioral Health, Oxford, United Medical Resource (UMR) and Optum Health Network. Please check with your insurance company about Out-of-Network benefits and coverage.

If you wish to seek reimbursement for my services from your health insurance company. You will be expected to pay for each visit at the time of service. Many health insurance companies will reimburse clients for counseling services, but some may not. You should contact your insurance company to determine whether your insurance company will reimburse you for the services of a Licensed Professional Counselor. Health insurance companies may require that I diagnose your mental condition and indicate a presenting mental health illness before agreeing to pay for any portion of your treatments.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered at the out-of-network rates in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payments accepted via SimplePractice and you can pay directly on my site on this page.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
